Pathways is a three-week class with the sole purpose of helping newcomers to get to know The River a little better. Connect, Grow, Produce. These are the three elements that we believe are vital to becoming a growing and thriving member of the Body of Christ. Our Pathways class offers the information and experiences necessary to help you discover and develop your redemptive purpose.

CONNECT: This class is the basic introduction to our church family. Since we have members from many different church backgrounds, this class was designed to clearly explain who we are and what we believe. In this week, you will learn our heart, our Structure and our hope for you.

GROW: Life-giving habits result from the simple disciplines of establishing a plan of action, making those actions a priority, and involving other people in the process. The goal of this class is to outline the building blocks of spiritual growth necessary to develop spiritual maturity and stay passionately in love with Jesus.

PRODUCE: We believe that EVERY member has been uniquely gifted and called and that each member can become fitly joined to the body of Christ by serving in the areas of their gifting and calling. This segment of study is focused on helping new members define that gift and call and to introduce the ministry opportunities available at The River. Serving is often where we find ourselves the most fulfilled and it is also when we are the most like Christ.

Our small groups meet at different times and places all around the county and provide a place for you to Connect, Grow, and Produce! Regardless of your age, interest, or location, we are sure there is a group out there for you. Small groups are also where we pray, care for one another, and discuss the issues and challenges of life. You are missed if you don’t show up! If you would like to join a small group, contact one of our small group leaders. We would love for you to get connected.
