Usher Ministry

We are here to serve you...
From the parking lot to the sanctuary, from the passing out of tithing envelopes
and visitor packets, to escorting the children to class. If you need any assistance
at all, please let us know.

The Ushers Ministry is headed up by Brian Blosser. Brian and his wife Cindy are parents to four children... Jessica, Mary, Katie, and Andrew. They have attended The River for over 3 years. Brian has been an usher for a while and took over the department in March of 2008. Brian is blessed when he sees any of the ushers jump right in and do something without being asked, even on a week their team is not on the schedule. Brian as well as all of the ushers at The River strive to go unnoticed during a service. They know that when the service flows from start to finish without any interruptions, they've done their part. The ushers work as a team with one philosophy... if everyone does a little, no one has to do a lot.
